Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fair use of time and resources, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to the full session fee.

• Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at Lesley's discretion.

 

Refunds

• Refunds are not available for completed counselling or hypnotherapy sessions, as professional time and services have already been provided.

• If a session is prepaid and canceled with proper notice, it may be refunded or credited toward a future appointment.

• For workshops or special offerings, refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of registration.

 

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. This is to respect the time of all clients.
