Life has a way of piling things on—thoughts, worries, expectations—that weigh us down. Sometimes, what feels heavy isn’t even ours to carry anymore.
This week’s Mindful Monday meditation is called “Releasing the Grip.” It’s a 3-minute guided recording designed to help you let go of stress, guilt, or tension and feel a little lighter.
Letting go isn’t giving up—it’s choosing freedom over heaviness. Sometimes, the smallest release brings the biggest relief.
💛 This week, ask yourself: What’s one thing I can gently set down and no longer carry?
Why Letting Go Matters
When we hold on tightly to stress, guilt, or outdated beliefs, it affects both our mental and physical health. Over time, this can show up as:
Anxiety or restlessness
Trouble sleeping
Burnout or emotional exhaustion
Mindful letting go practices, like this short meditation, create space for peace, clarity, and energy.
