It’s easy to fall into judgment of others — their choices, their words, their behavior. But judgment often creates stress and distance in our relationships.


Mindfulness invites us into a gentler approach: remembering our shared humanity.


🌱 In this week’s Mindful Moment Monday meditation, you’ll bring to mind someone you’ve judged. With each breath, you’ll silently repeat: “They are human. I am human.”


This simple practice helps soften judgment and build compassion.
