Mindfulness invites us into a different relationship: non-judgment of the body.


Instead of labeling sensations as good or bad, mindfulness teaches us to simply notice. Whether it’s tension in the shoulders, warmth in the hands, or the rise and fall of the breath, every part of the body can be met with gentleness.
