Our minds never stop producing thoughts. Some are light and fleeting, others heavy and stormy. Too often, we judge them, cling to them, or push them away.
Mindfulness teaches us to see thoughts differently — like clouds drifting across the sky.
Some clouds are fluffy and bright. Others are dark and heavy. But all eventually move along.
